Activate your experience voucher or gift card. If you are ready to request a date or request delivery of your amazing experience OR you are ready use your gift card, then you've come to the right place! Extend your voucher. If your voucher is due to expire in the near future or has expired less than 30 days ago, then you may be eligible to extend your voucher for a small fee (subject to our terms and conditions). Simply follow the steps to extend your voucher. Please note that Gift Certificates cannot be extended.

Exchange your voucher. If you've been given a bungy jumping voucher, but you're afraid of heights, then you can exchange your voucher for credit. This way you can choose to use your credit for any experience of your choice. Simply follow the steps to exchange your voucher for credit.
